About Art By Emma-Lisa
I love colour and shape and I’m expanding my knowledge. In my art I balance seriousness with botanical illustrations and traditional portraits with intuitive impressions. For me, it is important to explore, dare to be playful and use my artistic ability to develop myself and use different techniques.
During the pandemic, I finally had the opportunity to set up a small studio and paint with oil, acrylic and ink. I am constantly on the lookout for frames and spend time restoring them. Sometimes I plan my works based on a certain frame to get an overall impression.
